Operation
Installation
Install the Griddle on a flat surface coated with an inflammable material (tiles, fire brick, etc.).
The distance between the Griddle and the adjacent walls must be at least 2 m.
We recommend bottles of commercial butane or propane, using the appropriate
pressure regulator.
Keep the gas bottle as far away as possible from any heat sources, placing it on the ground
alongside or behind the Griddle.
