Learning feature
Due to the very different IR transmission codes of the TV manufacturers, it can happen that the
wall holder can not or only partly learn the IR codes. In this case, please operate the wall holder
using the enclosed remote control.
Only use the keys on the TV remote control for the operation of the wall holder that do not trigger
an immediate action of the TV set. Otherwise, the TV set would react simultaneously to the wall
holder when these keys are being pressed.
The functions of the keys G, ►, S, F and OK can be learned by most of the original TV remote controls.
This means that you can operate the basic functions of the wall holder with your TV remote control after it
has learned them.
1. Press the SET key for 5 seconds until the LED on the upper left lights permanently.
2. Then, press OK. The wall holder beeps once and the LED in the IR receiver lights.
3. In order to learn the G key, press this key until the wall holder beeps twice.
4. The LED in the IR receiver blinks slowly and is ready to learn the IR commands.
5. Point the TV remote control to the IR receiver and press the key that is supposed to take over the func-
tion of the G key until the wall holder beeps three times.
6. The LED in the IR receiver now flashes rapidly.
7. Press OK until the wall holder beeps four times. The LED in the IR receiver goes off and the Gfunction
was saved.
If the wall holder only beeps once after the last step, an error has occurred. In this case, try to
repeat the learning procedure. You could also try to use another key of the TV remote control. If
this is not successful, the TV remote control is not compatible with the learning function.
If you do not press a key for 20 seconds, the wall holder exits the learning mode and you will
have to start from the beginning.
8. Repeat steps 1-7 to learn the other four keys.
Learning function POWER

3. Press key 1 until the wall holder beeps twice.
4. The LED in the IR receiver blinks slowly and is ready for learning the POWER command.
5. Point the TV remote control to the IR receiver and press the POWER key until the wall holder beeps
three times.
6. The LED in the IR receiver now flashes rapidly.
7. Press OK until the wall holder beeps four times. The LED in the IR receiver goes off and the POWER
function was saved.
When you now press the POWER key on your TV remote control, the wall holder runs to its rest position.
This has the advantage that the wall holder runs to the parking position automatically once the TV set has
been switched off.
