INTRODUCTION

Winefit is a wine dispensing appliance that makes use of an inert gas such as
nitrogen for preserving bottled wine after opening. Each time a bottle of wine is opened, a
special dispenser cap keeps the bottle hermetically sealed until all the wine is consumed.
Winefit is designed for a wide variety of enology-sector applications, wherever
bottled wine is offered by the glass: wine bars and wine shops, restaurants, bars, and winery
tasting rooms.
