Solution

Pay Attention to the resolution of the picture. Higher resolution of
1600 x 1200 Pixel are not allowed.
•
Pay attantion to the supported file formats.
• Pay attention on the parameter of the music file, like format (incl.
Suffix), sampling frequency and supported bit rate.
• Refer page 29 in this manual.

Pay attention on the parameter of the video file, like format (incl.
Suffix), container format, audio track and supported bit rate.

•
DTS sound tracks are not supported.
•
Pay attention to popular combination of video codec, container and
sound format.

Combine AVI container with MP3 or AC3
•
Combine MP4 container with AAC
•
Combine MKV container with MP3 or AC3
The device does not support any internal or external subtitles.
