Thank you for your trust in our products. Your Cassese flexi-gun is conceived to serve you for years with a minimum
maintenance.
To get the best of your new Cassese flexi-point gun, please read this instructions sheet carefully.
IMPORTANT
Health and Safety Recommandations :
1.
Use dry and clean compressed air at a pre-set pressure of maxi 4 - 6 bar maximum.
Don't use cylinders containing compressed gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, etc...
2.
Disconnect the gun from the air supply before any intervention but the simple use of it.
3.
It is recommended that you wear safety glasses.
4.
Use only genuine parts and supplies approved by Cassese.
5.
Never point the gun at any other person or part of your body. Fire the trigger only when fixing the flexible points into a frame.
6. Avoid to fire the gun when empty.
WARRANTY
Cassese guarantees their products 1 year from purchase date against any manufacturing fault. The warranty does not cover parts
wearing by normal use and those damaged by use not in respect with the terms of these instructions.
IMPORTANT :
Use only genuine Cassese flexi-points with your Cassese flexi-gun. The internal parts of your gun (nosepieces, hammer,
magazine...) are manufactured basing on the Cassese flexipoints specifications.
The use of any other make of flexible staples but Cassese flexi-points may damage your Cassese guns and cancels the
warranty.
INSPECTION OF CONTENTS
Cassese CS 6-15 and CS 6-15 RAFALE (rapid fire version for mass production) come fully assembled.
The packaging must contain the following items :
1. The flexi-point gun
2. One Alen key 3mm for all the screws of the gun
3. The instructions sheet and parts drawings
+ For the CS 6-15 RAFALE model only : one roller nosepiece kit to be fixed at any side of the front part of the gun depending on your
sens of use, from right to left or the opposite. This roller nosepiece insures you a perfect and constant fixing angle for the flexies.
SET UP & USE
•
Make sure that there is no flexipoints in the gun and connect it to the air supply (4-6 bars maxi using a pressure regulator if
necessary).

Load it with one strip of Cassese flexipoints : the best way is to keep the gun in the left hand with the magazine side up. Unbolt
the magazine with right hand by pressing the button against the magazine and pull. In this position, load the flexipoints with arrow
end upside.
•
Due to very tight production specifications, Cassese flexi-points can be used in either side, there is no sens of loading to respect.
For your information, Cassese flexipoints exist in two finish (gold or black) and they are thicker than most other makes (0.35mm -
0.014") enabling you to use them on bigger frames and preventing the frame's back from getting loose during stocking or
transportation.
Don't throw or misplace this instruction sheet. Keep it with the packaging. When ordering any spare part, please give the Cassese
model name and the part's reference in the drawings.
