reversing the door opening
The doors of the appliance can be opened on the right or left side. In order to reverse the door opening, observe the
instructions below. It would be best to do this with two people.
Attention: remove the plug from the socket. Remove all items from the refrigerator, including the shelves, before reversing
the door opening.
• Remove the protective cover on the hinge - fig.1.
• On the right top side, remove the hinge with the three bolts (do take note of the plastic adapter bushes between the
hinge and the door) - fig.2. On the left top side of the appliance, remove the two bolts.
• Carefully remove the upper door by moving it towards you and lifting it off the middle hinge. Place this door on a safe
location - fig. 3.
• Remove the middle hinge on the right side by loosening the two bolts and put it aside for the moment. Immediately
move the white protective caps from the left to the right side and place them on the location where the middle hinge was
removed - fig. 4.
• Carefully remove the bottom door by moving it towards you and lifting it off the bottom hinge - fig. 5. Place this door on a
safe location.
• At the bottom side of the door, move the plastic block from the right side to the left side.
• Then tilt the refrigerator backwards by maximum 45°.
• On the left bottom side, remove the adjustable foot and the two bolts.
• On the right bottom side, remove the hinge and the three bolts - fig. 6. Then place the hinge on the left bottom side with
the bolts.
• Place the adjustable foot on the right bottom side and re-insert the bolts there as well.
• Place the bottom door against the appliance and make sure the bottom side is properly placed on the bottom hinge.
Make sure the door is straight in relation to the exterior of the refrigerator.
• Now mount the middle hinge and accompanying bolts on the left side - fig. 7. Make sure the hinge is placed in the top side
of the bottom door. Use the adapter bushes and tighten the bolts. The bottom door has now been mounted.
• Now place the upper door against the appliance and make sure the bottom side is properly placed on the middle hinge.
• On the left top side, place the hinge with plastic adapter bushes and fasten it with the bolts - fig. 8. Make sure the door is
straight in relation to the exterior of the refrigerator.
• Carefully place the appliance upright again.
• On the right top side, screw the bolts back in the appliance.
• Place the protective cover back on the upper hinge.
• Allow the appliance to rest for 2 to 3 hours before inserting the plug in the socket.
