Intro to the Star Shield/Shield Mechanism

The shield mechanism was designed to make shield removal as easy as possible. This enables Star owners to quickly change
shields as weather or light conditions change.

A. Position Shield in full open position along R&R positioning line
B. Pull down on ClickRelease lever until shield disengages

C. To replace, position bottom edge of shield along shield R&R positioning line and press just over shield pivot until shield
snaps into place. Be sure shield hold hook is completely engaged into shield hook slot
