FITTING THE HELMET
1. Unclip the buckle on the chin strap
and put the helmet on.
2. Position the strap under the
jawbone and fasten the buckle.
The buckle should rest against your
throat, not on your jawbone.
3. Adjust the strap length to be
comfortable, yet snug.
4. Test the fit by rotating the helmet
forward and backward. It shouldn't
move excessively.
5. Properly fitted and adjusted, the
straps should form a 'Y' below each
ear and shouldn't cover any part of
your ears.
6. Make sure you can see clearly
and your peripheral vision is
unobstructed.
7. Keep the removable ear pads in
place for extra protection, or easily
remove them for improved hearing.
REPLACEMENT: This helmet is made to absorb
some of the energy of a blow. Even though
damage may not be apparent, it is imperative
that any helmet having suffered from an impact
in an accident or received a similarly severe
blow, deep scratches or other abuse should
be replaced. You might not be able to see the
damage, but it will be there. A helmet should
be replaced after a few years of careful use or
if it doesn't fit anymore.

USER INSTRUCTIONS
This helmet is not designed for other sports or motor vehicle use. Every time you use this helmet,
check that nothing is badly torn, worn, missing, or out of adjustment. This helmet should not be used
by children while climbing or doing other activities when there is a risk of the child hanging himself or
herself. For cleaning, use a soft cloth, mild soap, and water only. The protection given by this helmet
may be severely reduced by the application of paint, adhesive stickers and transfers, cleaning fluids,
chemicals, and other solvents. Use only materials recommended by the helmet manufacturer. Store in
a cool, dry place. The helmet will be damaged if exposed to temperatures exceeding 62°C (150°F). If
damaged, the helmet must be destroyed or replaced immediately. Never remove or modify the original
elements that constitute a helmet or add accessories as it may risk canceling the protective role of the
helmet. Some injuries cannot be prevented by any helmet.
CE EN 1385 WARNING
No helmet can protect the wearer against all possible impacts. The helmet is designed to be retained
by a strap under the lower jaw. To be effective, a helmet must fit and be worn correctly. To check for
correct fit, place helmet on head and make any adjustments indicated. Securely fasten retention system.
Grasp the helmet and try to rotate it to the front and rear. A correctly fitted helmet should be comfortable
and should not move forward to obscure vision or backward to expose the forehead. Store in a cool,
dry place. No attachments should be made to the helmet; do not modify this helmet in any way. The
helmet is designed to absorb shock by partial destruction of the shell and liner. This damage may not be
visible. Therefore, if subjected to a severe blow, the helmet should be destroyed and replaced, even if it
appears undamaged. The helmet may be damaged and rendered ineffective by petroleum and petroleum
products, cleaning agents, chemicals, paints, adhesives and other solvents, without the damage
being visible to the user. A helmet has a limited lifespan in use and should be replaced when it shows
obvious signs of wear. This helmet should remain in manufacturer packaging until the point of consumer
purchase. This helmet should not be used by children while climbing or doing other activities where there
is a risk of hanging or strangulation if the child gets trapped while wearing the helmet. This helmet is not
designed for other sports or motor vehicle use.
