ing 2 hexagon bolts M6 x 16, 2 washers 6, and 2
nuts M6. Tighten the bolts slightly by hand.
IMAGE 5: Fasten the base leg to the table top
using 2 hexagon bolts M6 x 16, 2 washers 6, and
2 nuts M6. Tighten the bolts slightly by hand.
IMAGE 6: Fasten the base leg and the hose hold-
er to the table top using 2 hexagon bolts M6 x
16, 2 washers 6, and 2 nuts M6. Tighten the bolts
slightly by hand.
IMAGE 7, 8: Fasten 2 longitudinal braces and 2
cross braces onto the base legs using 12 hexa-
gon bolts M6 x 16, 12 washers 6, and 12 nuts M6.
Tighten the bolts slightly by hand.
IMAGE 9, 10, 11, 12: Fasten the table extension
plate with 2 braces 11 and cross brace to the ta-
ble top using 6 hexagon bolts M6 x 16, 6 washers
6, and 6 nuts M6. Tighten the bolts slightly by
hand. (The table length ex tension can also be
used as table width extension by fitting it to the
side with the shorter braces.).
IMAGE 13: Fasten the suction piece to the lower
saw blade guard using 4 hexagon bolts M4 x 10.
IMAGE 14: Fasten the wheel assembly to the
rear base legs using 4 hexagon bolts M6 x 16,
4 washers 6, and 4 nuts M6. Tighten the bolts
slightly by hand.
IMAGE 15: Place the machine on its feet and
firmly tighten all bolts of table, legs and braces
(except those of the wheel as sembly).
IMAGE 16: Firmly tighten the wheel assembly
in the position where the wheels slightly touch
the ground.
IMAGE 17, 18: Fasten the riving knife in line with
the saw blade as de scribed in the illustration.
Slightly release the bolt with out removing it.
Retighten it firmly after resetting. For doing
this, it is necessary to remove the saw blade in-
sert.
IMAGE 19: After setting the riving knife, refas-
ten the saw blade in sert with 4 countersunk
bolts M6 x 16.
IMAGE 20: Fasten the cover to the riving knife
with round head bolt M6 x 25, washer 6, and
wing nut M6.
IMAGE 21: Connect the suction hose to the suc-
tion hood and the suction nozzle.
IMAGE 22, 23: Fasten the hooked bolt to the
right hand leg side using 2 washers 6 and 2 nuts
M6. The hook serves for storing the saw blade key
and the push stick. The 2 transport handles are
attached at the left and right leg at the front of
the saw using 4 hexagon bolts M6 x 16, 4 washers
6, and 4 nuts M6.
IMAGE 24, 25, 26, Assembly of the longitudi-
nal fence:
Mount the guide rail (A) with two hexagon bolts
ƒ
M6 x 16 with nuts M6 (B) to the front side of
the table.
Mount the two clamping levers (C) to the table
ƒ
and the guide rail using two lock bolts M6 x 25.
Place the swinging part (D) into the guide rail,
ƒ
set the scale to 0°, and firmly tighten the clamp-
ing handle (E). Attention: For longitudinal cut-
ting, the swinging part must always be set to 0.
Depending on the type of job, push the guide
ƒ
rail (G) into the guide bolts (F) with the high or
low surface and tighten them firmly.
Set the fence rail to the desired dimension and
ƒ
tighten both clamping levers (C).
IMAGE 27, 28, 29, Assembly of the cross-cut-
ting gauge:
Mount the guide rail with two hexagon bolts

M6 x 16 and two nuts M6 to the left side of the
table.
Place the swinging part (D) into the guide rail.
ƒ
The swinging part must slide easily.
Depending on the type of job, push the guide
ƒ
rail (G) into the guide bolts (F) with the high

2. and tighten them firmly.
Set the fence rail (G) to the desired degree be-
ƒ
tween +60° and 60° and tighten the clamping
handle (E).
IMAGE 30, Changing the sawblade:
Attention: Pull the power supply plug!
Release the wing screw of the suction hood and
re move the hood.
IMAGE 31: Release the 4 Phillips screws of the
table insert and remove the insert.
IMAGE 32: Move the saw blade to the very top
and release the bolt with the saw blade key.
Attention: Left-handed thread.
IMAGE 33: Remove the saw blade flange and
the saw blade. Then change the saw blade. When
mounting the saw blade mind the recess. After
changing the saw blade, check the setting of the
riving knife and refit the table insert and the suc-
tion hood.
SET-UP
Prepare the workplace where the machine is to
be placed. Insure sufficient room to allow safe
work without malfunctions. The machine is de-
signed to operate in closed rooms and must be
placed stable on firm level ground. Stability is in-
sured by attachment to the ground with 4 screws
TRANSPORT
The machine may only be transported with suit-
able lifting devices (crane or fork lift). The con-
nection point for the rope (crane) is on the up-
per band wheel cabinet. Never lift from the saw
