BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG Die DENQBAR Rüttelplatte ist ausschließlich für nachfolgend genannte Tätigkeiten unter Einhaltung der in dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschriebenen Sicherheitshinweise zugelassen: Die Rüttelplatte ist ausschließlich zum Einrütteln von kleinen bis mittleren Flächen, kleinen Fundamenten, Terrassen, Gehwegen und Einfahrten zugelassen. -

Fahrvorrichtung ist nur für den Transport dieses Gerätes geschaffen. Überwachung 1. Rüttelplatten dürfen nur mit sämtlichen Schutzeinrichtungen betrieben werden. 2. Eine längere Benutzungsdauer des Gerätes kann zu vibrationsbedingten Durchblutungsstörungen der Hände führen. Eine allgemein gültige Dauer für die Benutzung kann nicht festgelegt werden, weil diese von mehreren Einflussfaktoren abhängt. Damit bleibt die Funktionstüchtigkeit des Antriebsmotors trotz hoher Verdichtungsleistung erhalten. Der Antriebsmotor arbeitet nach dem 4-Takt-Prinzip, wird über einen Reversierstarter (Abb. 1, Nummer 2) gestartet, saugt die Verbrennungsluft über einen Trockenluftfilter an und ist luftgekühlt. - 10 - © by DENQBAR GmbH www.denqbar.com... -

Gummimatte verdichtet. Die Rüttelplatte darf nicht auf fest verdichteten Oberflächen (z.B. Betonböden) angewendet werden. Es käme zu Schäden am Motor und der Platte, da das Gerät auf verdichteten Böden nicht vibriert, sondern aufschlägt. - 11 - © by DENQBAR GmbH www.denqbar.com... -

Betriebes der Rüttelplatte muss das Fahrwerk stets hochgeklappt sein achten Sie darauf, dass das Fahrwerk fest in den Clip einrastet zur Nutzung des Fahrwerks kann dies heruntergeklappt werden, dabei die Rüttelplatte leicht neigen und das Fahrwerk darunterklemmen - 12 - © by DENQBAR GmbH www.denqbar.com... -
Page 13: Inbetriebnahme
SAE 10W40 bis zum Rand des Öleinfüllstutzen nachfüllen. Bei der Ölstandskontrolle muss der Motor in waagerechte Lage gebracht werden. Ölstandskontrolle Erreger, nur Modell DQ-0139 (Abb. 1, Nummer 4): Vor der Inbetriebnahme ist der Erreger auf korrekten Ölstand zu überprüfen. Die Rüttelplatte muss dabei waagerecht stehen. -

Page 15: Ölstand Kontrollieren
2. Rüttelplatte kippen und so lange gekippt halten, bis das Öl ausgelaufen ist. 3. Rüttelplatte waagerecht stellen. 4. Durch Einfüllbohrung SAE 10W40 ( ca. 350 ml bei Modell DQ-0139 ) bzw. (ca. 150 ml bei Modell DQ-0213 ) einfüllen. 5. Einfüllbohrung (Abb. 1, Nummer 4a) verschließen. ACHTUNG! Nicht zuviel Öl einfüllen! Dies könnte sonst die Leistung mindern und/oder Schäden verursachen. -

Abfallaufkommen. Verpackungsmaterial aus Pappe kann an den dafür vorgesehenen Recyclingstellen abgegeben werden. Verpackungsmaterial z.B. Folien oder Styropor können für Kinder gefährlich sein. If you check the oil level the engine has to be levelled out horizontally. Oil level check at the exciter (only type DQ-0139): (Fig. 1, number 4): Before starting the exciter has to be checked on correct oil level. -
