Assembly

Disconnect the plug before any
work on the equipment. There is a
risk of injury.

Assembling the Curved Handle

Install lower bar:
1. Open the lower bar (4) and
move it to the desired inclina-
tion. There are three possible
positions.
2. Fix the lower bar using the
pre-mounted wing nuts (6).
Mounting the bow-type
handle:
3. Fasten the bow-type handle (2)
with the enclosed screws and
wing nuts (3) to the right and left
of the lower bar (4).
Two positions are possible.
4. Clipping in the cable holders
Clip the cable holders (
onto the bar to fix the machine

Mounting the grass
collection box
1. Attach the grass collection box carry-
ing handle (7c) to the top of the grass
collection box (7a).
2. Connect the top and underside of the
grass collection box (7a+7b).

Operation

Attention: Do not operate the ap-
pliance until the collision guard
and grass catcher are fully in-
stalled. Risk of injury!

Mounting / removing the grass
catcher
1. Lift the collision guard (5).
2. Place the grass catcher (7) on
the mounting bracket (19) pro-
vided at the back of the lawn
mower.
3. Lower the collision guard (5)
onto the grass catcher (7) - it
will keep it in place.
4. To remove the grass catcher
(7), lift the collision guard (5)
and unhook the grass catcher
from the mounting bracket. Flap
down the collision guard to the
housing.
On emptying the grass catcher
also refer to section "Disposal/en-
vironment".

Level gauge

The level gauge (7a) is located on the
side of the grass catcher (7). The aerody-
namic air guidance provided by the flap
also optimises the filling
Flap open:
grass catcher (7) empty
Flap closed:
grass catcher (7) full

Mulch kit

Attaching mulch kit
1. Remove the collection box
( 7), if used.
2. Lift the impact protection (5).
3. Insert the mulch kit (17) while
pressing the safety lock (18) on
the mulch kit (17).
