Why can't I switch on
the parent
unit immediately when
I place it in the
charger?
Answer
The battery pack is probably completely empty. Let the parent unit
charge for at least 30 minutes before you switch it on. Leave the parent
unit in the charger after you have switched it on so that its battery pack
can charge completely. When the parent unit is switched on, charging
takes longer.
