6. Pedestal assembly
Take the heater out of the package and check the device as well as the scope of
delivery mentioned in the table above. Please contact the vendor if any part is
missing or damaged.
As shown in Figure (A), insert the lower tube (8) through the hole in the pedestal
cover (9) and the pedestal (10). Ensure that the welded end is below and guide the
extra flap into the shoulder of the pedestal. Fix the tube by screwing the L-screw
(12) through the washer (11) into the lower end of the tube.
Then fix the middle tube (7) to the top of the lower tube (8). Now pull the straight
tube (3) out from the top. Turn the mounting ring (4) in clockwise direction to press
it together. Then fix the upper tube (5) to the middle tube (7).
As shown in Figure (A), slide the straight tube (3) into the hole of the control unit
