Deep-Frying
•
You will fi nd information about cooking times and cooking temperatures on
the device. Please note that the stated temperatures and times are guideline
fi gures. These fi gures may vary depending on the quality and size of the
food used and depending on whether the food is raw or frozen.
•
The cooking times also depend on your personal taste of course: If you
prefer your food darker or lighter, softer or crispier, adapt the stated cooking
times to refl ect your own personal taste.
•
When you deep-fry frozen food, follow the manufacturer's specifi cations on
the packaging for details of the cooking temperatures and cooking times.

2. Open up the lid. NOTE: The fondue ring must not be attached when deep-fry-
ing.

not be below the MIN marking or exceed the MAX marking in the frying container.

regular intervals and check whether the food is cooked. Hold the handle of the
frying basket fi rmly when you open the lid.
NOTE: During operation, the control lamp may go out and then light up again. This
means that the device is heating up again in order to maintain a constant tempera-
