Volume adjustment
The headset and base station are
now ready to use. The on/off switch
and volume control are located on
the headset (see illustration). A red
LED will illuminate as soon as the
headset is switched on.
The audio level can be adjusted
in three steps on the base station
(Audio Level Switch).
Middle position (Mute): This mutes
the headset.
Top position (High): Use this set-
ting for audio sources which provi-
de a weak audio signal. (e.g. MP3
players)
Do not use this function with the
Xbox or Xbox 360 otherwise it
will cause the audio to be over-
amplified or it will cause the
headset to switch itself off.
Bottom position (Low): Setting for
audio sources with a strong audio
signal (recommended setting).
