Limitation of Warranty
If you have made or arranged for modifications or repairs to be made without written

permission from Duux or its distributor you shall void the warranty.
Normal wear and tear or damage due to accident, carelessness, lack of maintenance,

misapplication, improper use or use of accessories and parts which are not
manufactured by Duux, as well as altered and/or disassembled components shall all
void the warranty.
Defects resulting from any use or maintenance other than what is indicted in the user

guide shall void the warranty.
This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded.

Important:
 This warranty period commences upon purchase of the product and is validated by
registering online at www.Duux.com/register.
In the event of any dispute regarding product warranty, Duux reserves the right to

make all final decisions on warranty.
 Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state.
