Recommendations of Wearing Watch
1. Please wear the bracelet on the wrist, approx. 2cm away from the ulna.
The heart rate sensor is close to the skin and cannot be shaken. It is not
recommended to wear too tight. That will affect the blood flow, and then
affect the accuracy of heart rate measurement.
2. Please confirm there is no dirt on the bottom of the heart rate sensor
during measurement. Skin color, hair density, tattoos and scars may affect
the accuracy of the test results. Please re-measure.
