Position montieren.
- Befestigen Sie den Basisrahmen am L-Profil (fig. 8).
- Den Abstandshalters am Basisrahmen befestigen (fig. 9).
GEBRAUCH
- Öffnen Sie die beiden Gurte A und B (fig. 1).
- Öffnen Sie den OMNIBIKE LIFT mit der Kurbel.
- Die Fahrräder in wechselnden Richtungen auf den Träger
stellen.
- Das schwerste Fahrrad sollte auf der Schiene befestigt
werden, die sich am nächsten zur Fahrzeugrückwand
befindet.
- Jedes Fahrrad mit einem Abstandshalter befestigen, die
Klemmen sind bis zu 360° drehbar. Spannen Sie die Riemen
gut an und verriegeln Sie sie mit den Wippen (Fig. 10).
- Schieben Sie die Radblöcke gegen die Reifen (Fig. 12-1,2),
und verriegeln Sie sie (3). Befestigen Sie die Reifen mit den
Riemen (4).
- Den OMNIBIKE LIFT mit der Kurbel hochfahren und die Gurte
A und B am Basisrahmen festzurren. Die Kurbel entfernen.
- Binden Sie das äußere Rad mit dem mitgelieferten 2,5m Gurt
(D) am Rahmen fest. Die Abstandshalter dienen nicht der
definitiven Befestigung der Fahrräder (Fig. 13).
- Achten Sie darauf, da( der Trägerrahmen bei nicht-Gebrauch
hochgeklappt und mit den Klemmen verriegelt wird (Fig. 11).
SICHERHEITSVORSCHRIFTEN
- Maximal zugelassene Belastung: 50 kg
- Fahren Sie immer mit hochgefahrenem OMNIBIKE LIFT und
binden Sie immer das äu(ere Rad mit dem 2,5 m Gurt am
Rahmen fest.
- Achten Sie darauf, da( die Gurte A und B bei hochgefahrenem
OMNIBIKE LIFT festgezurrt sind (fig. 1).
- Erstmals nach kurzer Fahrstrecke und später in
angemessenen Zeitabständen die Montage erneut
kontrollieren. Achten Sie auf folgende Punkte : die
Befestigung des Basisrahmens am Fahrzeug, des Trägers am
Rahmen und der Fahrräder auf dem Träger.
- Fahrverhalten der Beladung anpassen, vor allem in Kurven
und auf unebener Fahrbahn.
BEI DEFEKT
- Falls der OMNIBIKE LIFT bei Beginn des Runterfahrens
stockt, führen Sie ihn manuell über den Toten Punkt hinaus.

INSTALLATION
- Slide the upperarms into the reducing socket and in the base
frame and fix with bolt M6 x 40 (fig.1).
- Open both straps A and B (fig. 1).
- Crank out the baseframe a little bit. Install the bikerack to the
base frame, using the nylon washers between the tube and
hinging plate. Tighten properly (fig. 2).
- Put the upper supports in the suspension hook. Determine the
position of the frame on the vehicle. Marks the position for the
upper supports. The width centre-centre is 60 cm.
- Drill Ø 6,5 mm holes. Fill the holes with acid free silicon and fix
the upper supports (fig. 3). Use counterplates both at the
outer and the inner side, to avoid damage to the vehicle wall
- The height of the OMNIBIKE LIFT is standard 95 cm.
- If the desired heigth is less than 95 cm (70-95 cm), the
upper arms are slid into the base frame till the desired
heigth.
- If the desired heigth is over 95 cm (95-150 cm), the upper
arms of the set "extension arms" can be used. To order
under nr. 18 5314 00 (fig. 5).
- To adjust the arms:
- Remove the plastic housings by unscrewing the bolts 1 to 4.
- Slide the upper arms into the base frame to the desired
heigth and mark the hole. Remark: If the arms cannot be
slid in enough, cut off the lower part of the arm as much as
necessary.
- Drill holes Ø6,5 mm and make sure that the holes are drilled
at the same height on both arms.
- Fix the upper arms.
- If the upper arm covers the hole of the screws 2 and 6, drill
with Ø5.
- Fix the plastic housings again (fig.4).
- Hook the OMNIBIKE LIFT into the upper supports and mark
the position of the L-profile (fig. 6).
- Fix the L-profile at 1 cm under the marked position to assure
the upper arms are well hoked in the upper supports (fig.7).
- Fix the base frame to the L-profile (fig.8).
- Fix the bike holder to the base frame (fig. 9).
USE
- Open both straps A and B (fig. 1).
- Open the OMNIBIKE LIFT by using the crank.
- Mount the bikes in alternate directions on the rack.
- Install the heaviest bike closest to the vehicle.
- Fix each bike with a bike holder to the base frame, the clamps
can be rotated for 360°. Tighten the belt that locks
automatically (fig. 10).
- Slide the wheel blockings against the bike wheels (fig. 12-1,2),
secure them (3) and tighten the wheels with the straps (4).
- Close the OMNIBIKE LIFT by using the crank, close the straps
A and B to the base frame.
- Fix the outer bike to the frame by means of the 2,5 m strap
(D). The bike holders only keep the bikes at distance and
cannot pass for definitive fixation (fig. 13).
- Remove the crank.
- Put up the bikerack when the OMNIBIKE LIFT is not in use
(fig. 11). Mount the rack holder on the bike rack to secure it
against opening.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
- Maximum loading capacity : 50 kg.
- Always drive with a closed OMNIBIKE LIFT and always fix the
outer bike to the frame by means of an included strap .
- Make sure that both straps A and B are always closed, when
the OMNIBIKE LIFT is up.
- Check after a few kilometers if the frame is still well fixed to
the vehicle and if the rack is well fixed to the frame and
whether the bikes are still in place. Check again after a longer
period.
- Adapt driving style to the loading, especially in bends and
uneven surfaces.
BREAK DOWN
- If the bikerack stops at the start of the opening of the
OMNIBIKE LIFT, gently push the bikerack over this stopping
point.
