TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Problem
Unit will not
operate.
Not enough
suction in unit
for wet or dry
pick up.
Dust escapes
from unit.
Crevice tool
or wet nozzle
will not pick up
dirt or water.
Possible Reason
1. Batteries discharged.
2. No power in electrical outlet
supplying charging base.
3. Unit needs servicing.
1. Permanent washable filter
is clogged.
2. Vacuumed liquids exceeded
the MAX water line.
3. Permanent washable filter
is wet.
4. Batteries discharged.
5. Battery is spent.
1. Permanent washable filter
is clogged.
2. Permanent washable filter
needs to be replaced.
1. Crevice tool is clogged.
2. Wet nozzle is blocked.

Possible Solution
1. Place vacuum in charging base for
up to 16 hours.
2. Check house fuse or breaker.
3. Replace house fuse / reset
breaker.
4. Call Customer Service.
1. Clean washable filter.
2. Empty water/dust compartment.
3. Remove permanent washable
filter and dry thoroughly before
replacing.
4. Place vacuum in charging base
for up to 16 hours.
5. Call Customer Service.
1. Clean washable filter.
2. Make sure the filter is properly
installed. See Wet Pick Up section
in this owner's manual
for installation procedures.
3. Change the filter.
1. Remove crevice tool or wet nozzle
from vacuum inlet. Clean under
running water. Use a soft brush
to clean if necessary.
2. Clean washable filter.
3. Empty water/dust compartment.
