DESCRIPTION

TUS404 has two distinct sections A and B :
A - Two right and left channels affords to transform an unbalanced modulation to a balanced
modulation.
The gain is adjustable from 0dB to +22dB. (independent right and left controls).
B - Two right and left channels affords to transform a balanced modulation to an unbalanced
modulation.
The gain is adjustable from -28dB to-6dB. (independent right and left controls).
Precise adjust via multiturn.

TRA20 output transformater option on section A.

Input A and Input B can be reduced to mono via internal jumpers.


APPLICATION

TUS 404 has been mainly designed to interface the sources and unbalanced audio equipments

with balanced installations.
It is quite capable of connecting a cassette player, a MD, a DAT or a CD player to a totally balanced

professionnal installation.
One interesting use is the possible insertion of an unbalanced appliance into a balanced system

(half of TUS404 is used on downstream side, and the other half is used on upstream side of the
equipement).
