    Wichtig für den Wein ist es, dass die Temperatur an einer bestimmten Stelle konstant ist. Ich stelle Reif an der Rückseite meines Schranks fest. In einem Transtherm-Klimaschrank kann Reif im oberen linken Bereich der Rückwand auftreten. Beim Anlaufen des Kompressors ist die Kälte am größten. Dann ist am meisten Reif vorhanden.

Je nach Umgebungstemperatur des Raums und Schranktemperatur kann der Kompressor in Abhängigkeit von der Einstellung eine Pause machen. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit meines Schranks ist zu niedrig.

    Het belangrijkste voor de wijn is dat vanaf een bepaald moment de temperatuur constant blijft. Ik constateer rijm op de achterwand van mijn kast. In een Transtherm-wijnkast kan op de achterwand bovenaan links rijm optreden. De koude is het grootst bij de start van de compressor. Op dat moment zal er dus het meeste rijm zijn.
