PREPARING TO USE YOUR HAND MIXER
UNPACKING FROM CARTON
Before the first use of the Hand Mixer, wash the Beaters, Dough Hooks, Liquid Blending Rod, and
Accessory Box in warm, sudsy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
The exterior of the Hand Mixer should only be cleaned with a soft damp cloth.
NOTE - Do not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads when cleaning your Hand Mixer.
NEVER immerse the body of the Hand Mixer in water or any liquid.
TO ATTACH THE BEATERS OR BREAD HOOKS
1. Be sure mixer is unplugged from electric outlet.
2. Locate the accessory with the collar on the shaft. This
is made to be inserted into the larger of the two
openings on the hand mixer (Fig 2). Insert this accessory
into the larger opening, aligning the flanges on the shaft
with the slots in the opening (fig 2). Push to lock into
place.
3. Insert the accessory without the collar into the smaller
opening on the mixer, aligning the flanges with the slots
as above. When inserting the beaters, make sure they fit
accessory
storage
together and do not hit each other. Push to lock into
box
place.
