WEIghINg OVER ThE REMOVABLE PLATFORM
• Slide outwards the platform to remove it.
• Push and wait until the display shows "0".
• Push "MODO", wait until the display shows "0" and in the upper side it is showed
the letter "B". You can chose the weighing system in g "g", ounces "oz", carat "ct" or
grams "g".
• You may add items to those already weighed without removing them by pressing
TARA.
YOu MuST BEAR IN MIND
• Avoid exceeding the maximum capacity of the scale (5,000 g. for the glass platform
and 350 g for the removable lateral platform). If the maximum capacity is exceeded
the message "O-Ld" will appear on the display.
• Change the batteries when the battery low symbol "LO" shows on the display.
• When the display shows "unst" it means the scale is in an unstable position. Place it
over a stable position, wait for some seconds and switch it on again.
• The scale is a sensible electronic instrument. Some appliances of high frequency as
mobiles, radio stations, remote controls and microwaves, can cause disturbs if the
scale is used nearly of them. Keep it far away of these points if you notice irregularities
on the display.
• The scale is not apt for commercial transactions or medical purposes.
• Designed for domestic use only.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
• Dispose the appliance according to the local garbage regulations.
• Dispose the batteries according to the local garbage regulations.
• Never throw away the appliance or the batteries to the rubbish. So you
will help to the improvement of the environment.
• The batteries must not be mixed with other domestic residues.
