Use the adjusting wheel to make the desired setting

Calculate the shutter speed: Number of flashes / flash frequency =
shutter time (e.g. number of flashes 10 / 5Hz the shutter time is 2 sec.)
NOTE
In stroboscope mode the flash power 1/1 and ½ cannot be adjusted. Make
sure the flash is not overloaded. Do not flash more than 10 x in a row.
