G Operating Instructions
Thank you for choosing a Hama product.
Take your time and read the following instructions and information
completely. Please keep these instructions in a safe place for future
reference.
1. Explanation of warning symbols and notes
Warning
This symbol is used to indicate safety instructions or to draw your
attention to specific hazards and risks.

3. Safety instructions
• This product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
• Use the product only for the intended purpose.
• When using this product, observe the applicable local traffic laws
and regulations.
• Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major shocks.
• Keep the packaging material out of the reach of children due to the
risk of suffocation.
• Dispose of packaging material immediately in accordance with the
locally applicable regulations.
• Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the warranty.
4. Installation
Warning - risk of injury
• While driving a car or using sports equipment, do not allow
yourself to be distracted by your product and keep an eye on the
traffic situation and your surroundings.
• The product is not intended for mounting on carbon components
(e.g. handlebars). Carbon components can be damaged by the
clamp, break, and subsequently cause serious accidents and
injuries.
Note
• Never apply force when using the product or during installation.
• Please note that smartphones are attached at the user's own risk.

4.1 Assembly
• Open the clamp by loosening the screw and pull the ratchet strap
out.

• Guide the ratchet strap around the bar and back through the
ratchet head.

• Tighten the screw on the clamp.
• Store your smartphone as shown in the smartphone bag.
4.2 Attaching the smartphone bag
• Insert the smartphone bag as shown.
• The smartphone bag is securely attached when it engages in the
clamp with an audible click.
Note
Ensure that the product is securely mounted before every journey.
4.3 Dismantling
• To dismantle, release the retaining clips by carefully pulling them
upwards.

• Then press and hold the unlocking button and pull the smartphone
bag downwards.
