GROUNDED PLUG
To reduce the risk of electric shock this appliance has a grounded plug.
(2 blades and 1 pin) If the plug does not fit fully into the electrical outlet
contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any way or use
an adaptor.

2. Kettle
3. Water Level Window
4. Lid Release Button
5. Hinged Lid
6. On/Off Switch
7. Filter
8. Indicator Light
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
2. Remove all packaging.
3. Install the Filter before using the Kettle. (See the Care and Cleaning section).
4. Water boiled for the first time should be discarded.
INSTRUCTION FOR USE
1. Install the Filter before using the Kettle. (See the instructions in the Care
and Cleaning section).
DO NOT use the Kettle without the Filter in position as water may spill
out when boiling.
DO NOT remove the Filter when the Kettle is hot.
2. Fill the Kettle between the MIN and MAX levels shown on the Water
Level Window.
DO NOT fill the Kettle when it is on the Power Base.
DO NOT use for other than boiling water. Other liquids will contaminate
the interior of the Kettle.
