EU declaration of conformity according to the Radio and Tele-
communications Terminal Equipment Act (FTEG) and Directive
1999/5/EC (R&TTE)
The Company: BERNAL Torantriebe GmbH hereby declares at
its sole responsibility that the below listed handheld transmitter
item no.: B 260.254-N to which this declaration applies, are
in accordance with the following standards and guidelines, or
have been tested accordingly (in accordance with EC R&TTE
directive 1999/5/EC, CERTIFICATE CE 0678).
The transmitter operates at a frequency of 433.92 MHz and cor-
responds to the device class 1 (SRD).

are in conformity with the following guidelines: machine gui-
deline low-voltage guidelines EMV guidelines 2006/42/EG,
2006/95/EG, 2004/108/EG
In particular, the following standards/draft standards were
applied: EN 60335-1/2, EN 12453, EN 12445
Note:The commissioning of the gate system is prohibited
until it has been determined that the gate system into which this
actuator system is to be installed to, complies with the provi-
sions of all relevant applicable regulations and EU directives.
