The aëdle warranty does not cover
• Damages resulting from normal use and wear of the product.
• Damages caused by accident, abuse, negligence, misuse, improper operation or failure
to follow instructions contained in VK-2 User Manual.
• Repair or modification made by a non-authorized third party or person
• Counterfeit or «Grey Market» product or products purchased from any non-authorized
aëdle dealer
• Every impact, hit or crash resulting from transportation
• Every impact, hit or crash resulting from an improper use or maintenance of the pro-
duct (e.g. falls)
• Failures, malfunctions or defaults resulting from fouling, corrosion, rust, drought, mois-
ture, over-high temperature, sand or dust, oxidation.
In order to be considered eligible for repair or replacement under warranty, included with
the repair item(s) must be a valid proof of purchase from an authorized aëdle retailer
detailing the following information:
• Retailer's Name
• Original Date of Purchase
• Model or SKU number of the Product Purchased
Please make sur to keep your sales receipt (or your warranty certificate) as proof of
purchase. Unless you submit a proof of purchase, which will be verified by your local
aëdle retailer or by one of our agent if you submit a request directly to the aëdle customer
service, you shall pay for any repairs that are carried out.
The following types of documents, printed or electronic, are not considered valid receipts
and therefore cannot be used to determine eligibility for warranty:
• Credit Card Statements
• Bank Statements
• Bills of Lading, Bills of Material or any other type of shipping detail document
