FIRST USE:
When the hob is connected to the mains, it automatically turns on and the language, date and
time can be set. To confirm each setting, press the arrow on the right-hand side of the screen.
Any values that are not defined by the user will be set to default.
TURNING THE SCREEN ON:
Press the main button (1). The main screen is shown with the different cooking zones. On the
right-hand side of the screen, the side bar will appear with various options (Lock, Pause, Alarm
and Settings).
TURNING IT OFF:
When the hob is turned on, press the main button (1) to turn it off at any point. If "Hibernation
Mode" is activated, the Hibernation screen will appear. If it is deactivated, the screen will enter
"Total Turn Off" mode and turn black. All zones that were turned on will turn off automatically. If
one of the zones is still hot, this will be displayed on a residual heat alert icon (8) on the lower
right-hand side of the screen.
COOKING BY POWER LEVELS:
The different cooking zones are shown on the main screen once the hob has been turned on (2).
Press the desired area and adjust the power level (from 1 to 9 + Boost). To begin cooking, press
the centre circle (9), on the main menu icon (13) or wait 5 seconds for it to start automatically.
COOKING AT A LOW TEMPERATURE:
Low temperatures enable you to better preserve a food's essential flavour, its nutritional
properties, and achieve stunning textures. When cooking at a low temperature, try to make the
cooking temperature as close as possible to the temperature reached in a food's interior that
you consider to be the ideal cooking point. By referring to low temperatures, we simply mean
cooking at mild temperatures. This includes temperatures between 50 and 100 ºC. With this
hob, you can cook at a low temperature using the "Fast" mode without the external sensor or
"Precise" mode using an external sensor. You will always know the temperature at which you
should cook the food thanks to the cooking tables and the recipes included with this hob.
COOKING BY TEMPERATURE IN "FAST" MODE:
With Fast mode you will obtain a stable temperature while cooking but the accuracy may vary
depending on the pan or dish.
Once you have selected a cooking zone, press the icon (10) on the upper left-hand part of
the screen to cook by temperature. Then select "Fast" mode and adjust the temperature.
The cooking range is between 40 ºC to 100 ºC, with 10 ºC intervals. Some temperatures are
specifically indicated for certain cooking functions. These functions are indicated on the upper
right-hand part of the screen:
