By welding shaped staples it is possible to repair plastic parts of cars, motorbikes and motor vehicles in general
Do not use PlasticSpot for other purposes and/or applications that are not described in this manual

1. For your safety
1.1. read this manual carefully following the instructions given
1.2. before connecting to the mains and using PlasticSpot make sure that the knob is placed in the OFF position
1.3. after using PlasticSpot turn the knob to OFF and always disconnect from the mains
1.4. during use never touch the staples and the electrodes on the handle with your bare hands. The temperature
can reach 500°C degrees and cause serious burns
1.5. always use heat resistant gloves
1.6. do not touch the staples and the plastic immediately after welding
1.7. do not use in the presence of flammable fuels
1.8. do not use in conditions of high humidity and with wet hands
1.9. do not immerse in water
1.10. use is only permitted by qualified personnel
1.11. keep out of reach of children and/or inexperienced persons

4. Instructions for use
4.1. connect the plug to the mains
4.2. turn the knob from OFF to the desired section remembering that:
4.2.1. pos. MIN - green LED on - for plastic up to 1.5 mm thick
4.2.2. pos. MED - yellow LED on - for plastic over 1.5 to 2/2.5 mm thick
4.2.3. pos. MAX - red LED on - for plastic over 2/2.5 mm thick
4.3. choose the type of staple to be used among those listed in the Table below
