The Diagnostic LED (NEW)
A Diagnostic light now tells the installer that the unit is working correctly. Read the LED on the module.
--- --- --- Power
1 second ON, 1 second OFF
-------------- Operating ON - Normal operating mode
- - - - - - - - Check
1/3 second ON, 1/3 second OFF
Power - The unit has power and is waiting for wheel movement. Turn the wheel to operate.
Operating - The unit is operating properly and reading the wheel movement.
Check - Please check the installation, there may be a problem with wiring or the sensor.
Problems to Check :
•
No Light = No Power
SLOW FLASHING ONLY, (will not go solid).
•
The module is not reading wheel movement.
•
The sensor might be disconnected.
•
The sensor might not be close enough to read the ABS tone ring. See installation.
•
The sensor or sensor wiring may be defective.
FAST FLASHING
•
Short circuit on one or more of the outputs.
•
Too much current, the maximum is 5 amps.
•
For high current it may flash for five minutes.
•
Sensor Mounting, make sure the sensor is close to the teeth and square to the ABS ring.
SOLID LIGHT, BUT UNIT NOT WORKING
•
Sensor Alignment is not checked by the module. The sensor must be pointing outward from the center of
the axle.

Une lumière diagnostique indique maintenant à l'utilisateur que l'unité fonctionne correctement. Lire la LED sur le

Puissance - L'unité a la puissance et attend le mouvement de roue. Faire tourner la roue pour fonctionner.
Opération - L'unité fonctionne correctement et lit le mouvement de roue
Vérifier - Veuillez vérifier l'installation, il peut y a un problème avec le câblage ou la sonde.
Problèmes à vérifier :
•
Aucun léger = aucune puissance
CLIGNOTANT LENT SEULEMENT, (ne pas être plein).
•
le module ne lit pas le mouvement de roue
•
La sonde pourrait être débranchée
•
La sonde ne pourrait pas être près d'assez pour indiquer l'anneau de dent d'ABS . Voir l'installation
•
La sonde ou le câblage de sonde peut être défectueux
CLIGNOTANT RAPIDE
•
Court-circuit sur un ou plusieurs des sorties
•
Trop le courant, le maximum est de 5 ampères
•
Trop le courant il peut clignoter pendant cinq minutes.
•
Le support de sonde, s'assurent que la sonde est près aux dents et à la perpendiculaire à l'ABS anneau
LUMIÈRE PLEINE, MAIS UNITÉ NE FONCTIONNANT PAS
•
L'alignement de sonde n'est pas vérifié par le module. La flèche de sonde doit être visée loin du centre de
l'axe.
