Detector wiring : « Single balancing » mode
If it is necessary to signal a possible sabotage attempt, configure the wired lines as "balanced".
Insert a balancing resistance of 5.6 Kohm in the line; the resistance is usually placed in a series with the
contact of the last detector connected in the series. If the cable is tampered (by a short circuit or a cut) at
any point of the line, the value of the resistance measured by the control unit will be altered and the alarm
released.
Detector wiring : "Double balancing" mode.
If it is necessary to reduce the number of the cables, use wired lines configured in the "double balancing"
mode.
This line termination , with just two wires, provides the indication of both the alarm and the detectors sabotage.

T8N KEYbOARDS ACQUISITION

The keyboard of the control panel is already acquired as keyboard 0
Buttons
and allows the installer and user to perform the
set-up and management of the system.
NB = 0 keyboard is integrated into the control panel and can't be
deleted.
The additional keyboards must be numbered from 1 to 7.
To acquire T8N keyboards select modules / keyboards / acquisition in the menu.
The T8N keyboards connected at the begin will be automatically acquired.
wIRELESS DEVICES ACQUISITION
Start the procedure of acquisition wireless devices by the menu devices acquisition. Follow the steps in the
manual of the wireless device.
wIRELESS DEVICES CANCELLATION
To remove a device, select the item in the menu "devices cancellation", choose the device to be deleted and
confirm.
DEFAULT CODES
Master: 111111
Installer: 000000
Use the master code followed by the V button to arm the system; enter the master code followed by X to
disarm the system. To start programming use the installer code.
DEFAULT RESET PROCEDURE
Simultaneously press the "RESET" and "DEFAULT". After 5 seconds, release the "RESET" button until a beep
sounds as confirmation, then release also the "DEFAULT" button.
