GETTING STARTED
USING THE GRIDDLE
NOTES:
Use only wooden or plastic heat-resistant utensils (450°F [232°C]) that are safe for
nonstick surfaces.
Drip tray should be emptied after every use. See step 4.
Plug into outlet. The white POWER light will turn on

Turn temperature knob to desired temperature. See

off when desired temperature is reached and then will
cycle on and off during cooking. Add food to preheated

attempting to move griddle or remove drip tray to
empty and clean.
