1. The ignition is switched on with R-gear, but the monitor display is blank
When you charge the monitor, the brand logo is not displayed on the screen
① Possible cause: The car charger is broken.
Solution: Check if the red light of the car charger lights up, if not, please contact the seller to replace the new car charger.
When you charge the monitor, the brand logo is displayed on the screen
① Possible cause: The signal from the transmitter isn't strong enough.
Solution: Put the transmitter close to the monitor.
② Possible cause: The camera cables may not be correctly connected or loose.
Solution: Check if cables are connected to the reverse light correctly and securely.
③ Possible cause: The camera doesn't pair to the monitor well.
Step 1: By pressing the (M) button into to menu and then press the (OK) button to "Pairing Mode", the indicator light flashes quickly and
a loop icon displays on the screen.
Step 2: Shift your car to R-gear and make the backup camera get power, then it will automatically accomplish the pairing with the monitor.
The real-time footage will display on the screen and the indicator light will stop flashing after accomplishing pairing.
Note: Please don't charge the backup camera unless the Step 1 is finished.
2. The image is flashing/the image delay is more than 2s
① Possible cause: The signal from the transmitter isn't strong enough.
Solutions,repair: Put the transmitter close to the monitor.
