3) Butter disc
You can use the butter disc to emulsify the butter, cream and egg white.
4) Grater plate/ French fry plate/ slicer plate

Before use, choose your blade and insert it into the plate. Be careful when you handle the slicer plate as the
blade has a very sharp cutting edge.

When you have to process a large amount of ingredients, please process small batches and empty the jar
between batches.
Tip
Depending on the recipe, pour liquid ingredient into the feeding tube while the
appliance is turned on.
Tip
Never use the disc to process hard ingredients like ice cubes.
