Why can't I see the images taken by the webcam?
Check that the camera indicator light is on.
Change the USB port where you connected the
webcam.

Why the image is different?
Make sure that in the application you are in, you
have selected your webcam.

Why does the software show 1280x720P instead
of 2560x1440P?
Some software does not support full HD resolution
and automatically selects the compatible resolution.
