4. REPARATION PROCEDURE
4.1 Minor tears, cuts and perforations

Identify the leak: moisten the suspected area with soapy
water. If you see bubbles forming, you have found the
leak.
2.
The patch and the surface of the boat must be dry and
clean.
3.
Apply a thin, even layer of glue to the patch and the
surface of the boat. Wait 10 to 15 minutes before placing
the patch on the boat.
4.
Use a hard tube to press the patch against the boat
surface.
5.
Wait 24 hours at least before inflating the boat again.
4.2 Extended tears, cuts and perforations
For every extended reparation, please address to a professional.
5. ENTRETIEN / STOCKAGE
A good maintenance of the boat will allow to maintain its
longevity and aspect.
Clean the tubes regularly (after every trip if possible) with
freshwater avoiding PVC aggressive products (i.e. products
containing phosphates, chlorine and solvents). Use soft sponge
and cloth. Remove sand and other debris that could damage the
boat. Do not leave traces of oil or fuel on tubes. Avoid the
accumulation of salt and other materials on the mobile parts.
Also avoid sun exposition during long periods: it may damage the
PVS quality.
The boat must be store in a fresh and dry place, protected from
temperature leaps, after having been washed and dried
carefully.
PVC is very sensitive to cold weather and can deteriorate if
exposed to frost,

6. WARRANTY
Every new inflatable boat is guaranteed free of defects in
material and workmanship.
This warranty will remain applicable for a period of 5 years from
the date of purchase.
Scope of the warranty:
This warranty only applies to defects in materials and

workmanship.
The warranty does not apply to cases of tearing or damage
•
due to an accident or abnormal use contrary to these
instructions in this manual.
The warranty applies only under normal conditions of use
•
and in temperate areas.
The warranty does not apply if you have inflated, modified,
•
used or stored your boat in an abnormal way and in
contradiction to the instructions in this manual.
The warranty does not apply if you have used a product
•
which is harmful to the boat that alters its colour or
damages the PVC.
The warranty does not apply if the boat has undergone a repair
or modification not authorised by Orangemarine
