WHAT COULD HAPPEN
Paint spraying tools generate paint
vapors which can be harmful to the
lungs and respiratory system.
Some materials such as adhesives
and tar give off vapors which could
cause serious injury with prolonged
exposure.
HOW TO PREVENT IT
Wear a respirator in accordance with
ANSI Z88.2.
Always work in a clean, dry,
well-ventilated area.
Be aware of chemicals in the work
area and read all Safety Data
Sheets (SDS) for the materials
and/or chemicals that may be
present.
