Operating principle
The water detector identifies water leaks promptly and gives an alarm. It de-
tects water by measuring the electrical resistance between two electrodes. If
water enters the space between the electrodes, the resistance changes. This
variation is evaluated electronically to initiate an alarm.
In the event of an alarm!
• Turn off the water supply at the main stopcock.
• Locate the leak.
