BEFORE INITIAL USE
CONDITIONS OF USE
Handle the blades with care as the blades are extremely sharp.
Do not run the appliance empty.
Do not fill above the max. level of the bowl
Hints to obtain best results:
Work in pulses. If pieces of food remain stuck to the sides of the jug (ham, onions, etc.), use
the spatula to release them and distribute them around the jug before running 2 or 3
additional pulses.
Put 2 or 4 blades depends on the quantity of ingredients.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE
RECIPE
Mashed chickpeas with sesame seeds: 100 g of dry chick peas, 1 small teaspoon of salt,
50 ml of tahini, 50 ml of lemon juice, 50 ml of cooking juices, 1 clove of garlic, 1 dash of olive
oil, fresh parsley, paprika. Leave the chickpeas to soak for 12 hours. Rinse them and put them
in a casserole and cover with water. Bring them to the boil and simmer over a low heat for
1 hour and a half. Drain them and keep a little cooking liquid by aside. Remove the skin from
the chick peas. You can use canned chickpeas as well. In the bowl (E) with the knife (D) pour
in the chick peas with other ingredients. Mix until you obtain a smooth cream, around
20 seconds. Chop the parsley for decoration.
Puree : Blend cooked carrots or fruit cut into small pieces: 300 g, max. 15 seconds.
