Before using this appliance carefully
read the instruction manual.
The manual contains instructions for the correct use of the
appliance and the safety warnings that must always be
respected.
Keep the manual together with the appliance in order to be
consulted for future use.
In case of problems or uncertainties ask for help of staff with
experience in its use.
Use the appliance only for the purpose for which it was
designed respecting the limits referred to in the manual and
on the appliance itself.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible in case of
improper use or failure to comply with the instructions
for use and the safety warnings.
Overview and warnings
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning.
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
Never attempt to charge batteries that cannot be recharged
or other types than those indicated.
Never charge frozen batteries that might explode.
Do not use the appliance in presence of gas or flammable
substances.
Do not charge the appliance under the sun or in the vicinity
of heat sources.
Do not put the appliance and its cables in the water or on
wet surfaces.
Place the appliance in a manner that it is adequately
ventilated: do not cover it with other objects; do not enclose
it in containers or shelves.
Do not use the appliance with damaged cables, if it has
received dents, if it has been dropped or if it has been
damaged.
Do not use the appliance if during use, charge or
conservation the battery smells, heats up, or deforms or
has acid leaks.
Do not disassemble the appliance but take it to a qualified
service centre.
Clean the appliance with a dry cloth. Do not use solvents
or other detergent aggressive substances.
Store the appliance at ambient temperature (20 - 25 °), keep
it away from direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
Description of the starter
This appliance is a portable multifunction starter equipped
with a lithium battery.
It can be used as an emergency starter for motor vehicles
with 12-volt electrical system; it can recharge / supply 5V
electronic devices.
It is equipped with a LED light with the function of continuous,
intermittent, SOS light.

Jump starting
Use the appliance only as an emergency starter
to support the vehicle battery. Do not use it alone
instead of the battery.
Avoid the formation of flames or sparks. To avoid sparks,
make sure that the clamps cannot disengage from the poles
of the battery during charging.
Stay away from moving parts such as fans, transmission
belts and pulleys.
Stay away from hot parts, such as engine and cooling
system to avoid burns.
Do not short circuit the terminals for the emergency start
cable because they are always under tension.
Avoids that the red and black clamps come into contact.
Accidental short circuits of the terminals caused by an
electrical conductor object for example a tool, a jewel, etc.
could generate enough heat to cause serious burns, electric
arc or cause incandescent metal splashes.
Do not reverse the polarity of the positive "+" negative and
"-" terminals
Sequence of operations
Starter battery must be fully charged (4 led lit).
Carefully follow the starting procedure, failure to
comply may affect the life of the appliance.

Make sure that the vehicle ignition key is in the OFF
position: all services turned off.

Insert the cable with the clamps (B) into the socket (1).

Connect red charging clamp to positive (+) battery
terminal and black charging clamp (-) to negative
battery terminal.
If the battery is installed on a motor vehicle, first
connect the clamp to the battery terminal that is not
connected to the bodywork. Afterwards, connect the
second clamp to the bodywork at a point far from both
the battery and the petrol pipes.

Check the status of the led (7).
Flashing green means that the appliance is ready to
start. Otherwise read the paragraph "Troubleshooting".

Rotate the ignition key for up to 3 seconds.
If the vehicle did not start wait at least 15 seconds
before trying again.
¾ After starting leave the engine running and disconnect
the starter:
¾ Disconnect in the order the black clamp "-" and then the
red clamp "+".
¾ Disconnect the cable with the clamps from the starter and
put everything into its box.
