WARRANTY:
ilumi solutions, inc. warrants that this device will be
free from defects in material and workmanship and will
operate for 2 years when used as directed. If this device
does not conform to the warranty, ilumi solutions will send
you, at its election, a new or refurbished replacement
device, repair the device, or refund your original purchase
price upon receipt of the returned device, register receipt,
and proof of purchase.
This limited warranty does not cover devices subject
to accident, neglect, abuse, misuse or acts of God.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY, EXEPT
TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY
IMPLED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO
THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. LIABILITY FOR
INCEDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IS HEREBY
EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. Some states and provinces do not
allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so
the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may
also have other rights which vary based on your region.

ilumi solutions, inc. garantit que cet appareil ne présente
pas de défauts de matériel ou de main-d'œuvre et qu'il
fonctionnera pendant deux ans s'il est utilisé conformé-
ment aux instructions. Si cet appareil n'est pas conforme
à la garantie, ilumi solutions vous enverra, à son choix,
un appareil de remplacement neuf ou remis en état,
réparera l'appareil, ou remboursera le prix d'origine sur
réception de l'appareil retourné, de la facture et d'une preuve
d'achat.
Cette garantie limitée ne couvre pas les appareils
ayant souffert d'accident, de négligence, d'un usage
abusif ou non conforme ou de catastrophes naturelles. LE
REMPLACEMENT OU LE REMBOURSEMENT CONSTITUENT
VOTRE SEUL RECOURS, SAUF DANS LA MESURE INTER-
DITE PAR LA LOI, TOUTES GARANTIES IMPLICITES ÉTANT
LIMITÉES EN DURÉE À LA DURÉE DE CETTE GARANTIE.
LA RESPONSABILITÉ CONCERNANT DES DOMMAGES
