The bout markers should be adjusted to the centre of the
tractor. The length of the marker arm is adjusted by loosening
two bolts on the marker arm.
REMEMBER: To tighten the bolts before you start the seeding
Some makes of tractors do not have the seat in the middle of
the cab, this should be taken into consideration when setting the
length of the bout marker.
Disc coulter
The CTX packer sets the drilling depth. To adjust the depth of
seed, simply change the position of the pins (A) until you have
reached the desired depth.
REMEMBER: To alter this on both sides of the drill

The shattaboard is adjusted in height with spindles (A) in order
to obtain the optimum working height. On 4 to 6 meters models
the shattaboards are split into sections allowing for the folding
precess, when in work and making any adjustments to the
shattaboard, ensure that both sctions are altered the same and
run parallel wth one another.
