Safety instructions

Read and pay close attention to the instructions and
information contained in the operating instructions in
order to ensure safe utilisation.
The HPM clima ambient condition measuring device with
dew point determination fulfills the applicable standards of
European and national guidelines and has been constructed
in accordance with state of the art technology. The operating
instructions must be read carefully and observed in order to
ensure safe use.
Devices exhibiting any technical defects must not be
used.
If there are any doubts with regard to the operating relia-
bility of the instrument, then it must be returned to the pro-
ducer for examination.
The determined measurement results and all conclusions
are exclusively the responsibility of the user. We shall not
assume any liability for damage resulting from improper use
of the device.
Preventing measurement errors
The HPM clima must always be adjusted to the ambient tem-
perature or climatic conditions of the environment. Before
starting measurements, the measurement device must be in
the environment to be measured for approximately 5 min and
adapt to the ambient temperature. Ensure that the measuring
sensor is not covered during the measuring process. Always
hold the HPM clima on the main housing to prevent any mea-
surement errors during measurements.
