8.1 Assembly

a) Arrange the side bars (A) and the top bar (B)
on the ground - (fig. 2).
b) Connect the upper bar (B) to the side bars
(A) by inserting the shackles (M) through the
eyelets (L) - (fig. 3).
Note:
- check that the ends of the bars are the
same colour where they meet (grey at
the front and red at the back)
- position the eyelets of the upper bar
between those of the sidebars,
- screw and tighten the shackles (M).
c) Choose the side of the feet (D) most suitable
for the available surface and attach them
using the appropriate screws:
- rubber side down for support on smooth
and hard surfaces (fig. 4A),
- clawed side down for rough, irregular or
soft surfaces, (fig. 4B),
Note:
We recommend using the centre holes to
connect the feet; to limit the possibility of
dangerous flexing when the load is applied
(fig. 5).
e) Place the collars (F) against the elastic
reference marker (H) and fix them by means
of the lever lock (G) - (fig. 6).
