• Group 2/3 child car seat.
• Suitable for children from 15kg to 36kg
(approx 3 to 12 years old).
• It is a Universal child car seat, it has two
installing methods:
- with vehicle seat belt.
- with vehicle seat belt plus additional isofix
connectors.
• Car use of the Tolomeo 2.3 Ifix child car seat
is intended only for vehicles equipped with
3-point seat belts with winders, approved in
compliance with regulation UN/ECE 16 or other
equivalent standards. Check the instruction
manual of the car to see in which positions the
child seat can be installed. In case of doubt,
contact the Manfacturer or authorised Dealer
immediately.
• A correct fit is likely if the vehicle
manufacturer has declared in the vehicle hand
book that the vehicle is capable of accepting a
"Universal" child restraint for this group.
• The child car seat is a "Universal" child
restraint; it conforms to Regulation ECE-R44/04
for general use in vehicles.
• This restraint device has been classified
as a "universal" device in accordance with
the strictest approval criteria compared with
previous models that do not feature this
warning.
• The child car seats could leave traces on
the vehicle seats, due to the measures taken
to install it firmly in compliance with safety
standards. This product was designed to
minimize this effect as much as possible. The
manufacturer cannot be considered liable for
eventual traces deriving from normal use of the
child car seat.
• The following situations could be illegal and
will void the warranty:
- Any modifications or change of use of
the child car seat that have not been
authorised or advised by the manufacturer.
- Any failure to fit the child car seat in strict
accordance with the instructions.
The manufacturer accepts no liability
for issues arising from unauthorised
modifications, uses or fiting.

WARNINGS
We recommend you keep them together.
• Your child's safety is your responsibility.
• Warning! Never leave the child unattended: it
can be dangerous. Pay utmost care when using
the product.
• The child car seat must be installed in strict
compliance with the instructions provided.
Failure to observe instructions/warnings can
seriously compromise your child's safety.
• Assembly,
operations must be carried out only by adults.
Make sure that the person using the product
(baby-sitter, grandparents, etc.) are aware of the
correct operation of the same.
• Read carefully and understand how to use
the product before using it. Pay utmost care to
the highlighted warnings. Keep the instruction
manual always together with the child seat; in
the rear part, there is a suitable storage area
where this manual can be stored.
• Do not install Tolomeo 2.3 Ifix child car seat
in vehicle seats that are not in the direction of
travel or are transversal with respect to the
direction of travel.
• Make sure that that the reclining vehicle seats
are blocked in vertical position pursuant to the
instruction of the car's manufacturer. Ensure
that the child car seat is as close as possible to
the backrest of the vehicle seat.
• The Tolomeo 2.3 Ifix child car seat must only
be used to secure your child in the vehicle. It
must never be used as a seat or toy in the home.
• During your journey, refrain from leaving
unattended objects or bags in the car: make
sure that they are stored securely as, in the event
of an accident, they can cause injury.
• The safest passenger seat to fit your child car
seat to is the centre rear passenger seat.
• If your centre rear passenger seat is fitted with
a three point seat belt system then you should
use it.
• If your centre rear passenger seat does not
have a three point seatbelt system (i.e. no
seatbelt at all, or only a lap belt):
- then you should use the rear let passenger
seat or the rear right passenger seat.
• The front passenger seat can only be used if it
does not have an airbag and IS fited with a three
point seat belt system.
