Thigh
Tighten the straps symetrically will increase stability.
Ventral
Ventral strap should be set according your wing recommandation and

Leaning straps allow to choose your flying position up or lied
Shoulders
Shoulders straps goes through ventral strap. Transition from seating position
to standing requires no change of this setting.
Speed System
Passer Put through speed system line by guding strap 8 then to pulley 6
adjust lenght before securely knoted on brummel hook.
