After use:
Turn off the equipment by unplugging it from the mains supply. The orange lamp goes
out.
Allow the frying plate to cool down and clean it with a scraper.
NOTE! Never clean the frying plate with a wire brush.
Clean the drip tray.
Maintenance

Do not use aggressive or caustic cleansing agents.
