CONTROLLI OPERATIVI
Se utilizzata correttamente e in condizioni
di lavoro normali, l'elettropompa non
necessita di manutenzione ordinaria.
Qualora venga utilizzata per liquidi che
tendono a creare incrostazioni e depositi,
si consiglia di pulire pozzetto ed eventuale
regolatore di livello periodicamente.
Tenere sotto controllo periodico pompa e
pozzetto per evitare incrostazioni che
possano limitarne il rendimento.
Controllare, con particolare attenzione
per le zone di attacco, lo stato di usura di
cavi e passacavi.
Prima di ogni intervento di controllo o
manutenzione è indispensabile togliere
la corrente assicurandosi che non possa
inavvertitamente essere ricollegata.
Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità
per danni a persone e/o cose dovuti ad
interventi di manutenzione effettuati da
personale non autorizzato.
PROCEDURA PER IL CAMBIO OLIO
-
posizionare la pompa in orizzontale
-
svitare il tappo dell'olio e far colare in
un contenitore pulito per controllarlo
-
riempire con 0,55 litri di olio nuovo
con viscosità 10cst (SAE 10W)
-
sostituire sempre la guarnizione o-ring
sul tappo prima di rimontarlo
-
riavvitare il tappo
-
riposizionare la pompa in verticale

MAINTENANCE and

If the electric pump is used correctly and
in normal working conditions, it does not
require routine maintenance.
If the electric pump is used for liquids that
tend to create deposits, it is advisable to
clean periodically the tank and any level
regulator.
Periodically inspect pump and tank to
avoid fouling that can limit performance.
Check the wear of cables and fairleads,
with particular attention to attachment
areas.
It is essential to switch off the electric
power before checking or maintenance
operations, making sure that it can not
inadvertently be reconnected.
The manufacturer declines responsibility
for damage to persons and/or things due
to maintenance interventions carried out
by unauthorized personnel.
PROCEDURE FOR OIL CHANGE
-
position the pump horizontally
-
unscrew the oil cap and pour into a
clean container in order to check it
-
fill up with 0,55 liters of new oil with
viscosity 10cst (SAE 10W)
-
always replace the o-ring on the cap
before reassembling it
-
screw the cap back on
-
reposition the pump vertically

Aucune manutention n'est necessaire
pour une électropompe utilisée dans des
conditions normales de travails.
S'il est utilisé pour des liquides qui ont
tendance à créer des dépôts, il est
conseillé de nettoyer régulièrement le
puits et le régulateur de niveau.
Inspectez périodiquement la pompe et le
réservoir pour éviter tout encrassement
susceptible de limiter ses performances.
Vérifiez l'usure des câbles et chaumards,
en portant une attention particulière aux
zones de fixation.
Avant toute intervention de contrôle ou
d'entretien, est indispensable de couper
le courant, en s'assurant qu'il ne peut
pas être reconnecté par inadvertance.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité
pour dommages causés aux objects ou
personnes dus à des interventions de
entretien par du personnel non autorisé.
PROCÉDURE DE CHANGEMENT D'HUILE
-
positionner la pompe horizontalement
-
dévisser le bouchon d'huile et verser
dans un récipient pour le vérifier
-
remplir avec 0,55 litres d'huile neuve
de viscosité 10cst (SAE 10W)
-
remplacez toujours le joint torique du
bouchon avant de le remonter
-
revisser le bouchon
-
repositionner la pompe verticalement
