TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Causes
Solution 1
Plug the power cable on
the back of the
centrifuge & plug in
power cable to an outlet.
Open the lid & close it
again. Push down
slightly on the lid to
ensure it is closed.
Press STANDBY
button.
Stop centrifuge &
ensure it is loaded
evenly (each device
must be opposite of each
other).
Tighten rotor (use the
rotor tool and turn it
clockwise).
With the centrifuge lid
open, press and hold the
power button for 2
seconds
Emergency lid release.
Wait for rotor to stop.
Solution 2
On the back of the
centrifuge, ENSURE
that the power switch is
turned ON.

Verify that the blue
buckets are placed
properly on the rotor.
Counter check if the
Power is OFF & the
Brake is OFF by
pressing the SHORT &
OPEN buttons at the
same time.

On the front of the
centrifuge, ENSURE
that the power button
is lit (it will be green).
